Kellogg Guide to Practical Leadership 2005
The Kellogg Practical Leadership Guide is
a series of articles that draw on the latest research and
practical insights of many of our top faculty, written to
aid you in becoming even more effective in your professional
careers.
The introductory article in the series, Adjunct Professor
Harry Kraemer's Personal Reflections on Leadership, will introduce
you to the key components of a value-based leader. With later
topics ranging from Hiring/Firing Executives and Delegating
Responsibilities to Motivating Audits and Improving Process
Performance, we believe that you will find the series interesting,
stimulating and useful.
The series is brought to you by Kellogg faculty,
the Office of Development and Alumni Relations, and students
Sam Mehta '05, Gordon Hilbun, Adeel Kheiri and Parth Mehrotra
(all Class of 2006), with the support of the Office of the
Dean and the Business
Leadership Club.
